'Theatre is Evil' is Palmer’s first new studio album in four years, and her first with a full band: The Grand Theft Orchestra, featuring Michael McQuilken, Chad Raines and Jherek Bischoff.

The album was recorded in Melbourne with producer John Congleton (St. Vincent, Murder By Death, Modest Mouse, Xiu Xiu), and is being released worldwide on Palmer’s own 8ft. records.
