Holy Grail Announce Show With Dio Disciples

Los-Angeles-based heavy rockers Holy Grail will celebrate the release of their new single "Dark Passenger" by playing an Oct. 20 show in Anaheim alongside the acclaimed tribute band Dio Disciples, which features former members of Dio, Judas Priest, Lynch Mob and more. From there, the band will hit the road for a four-week North American tour with Hellyeah. A list of currently confirmed dates is below.

"Dark Passenger" -- which will appear on the group's sophomore album, "Ride The Void," due in early 2013 -- is currently available for digital download via iTunes and will be available on 7" vinyl later this month. The vinyl (available in transparent gold or black wax) will also include the unreleased B-side "Go Down Swinging," which will not be included on "Ride The Void." In recent months, Holy Grail has toured consistently alongside bands such as Royal Thunder, Dragonforce, Valient Thorr and Huntress, in addition to their inaugural Australian tour (where they played the five-show Soundwave Festival and some off-dates with Black Label Society and Hellyeah). Their 2010 debut "Crisis in Utopia" earned the band a nomination from Metal Hammer's Golden Gods Awards in the category of "Best New Band" and was praised by REVOLVER as "the catchiest album of pure heavy metal since Maiden, Priest, and Dio ruled the early '80s."
