Radio Contraband Announces First Annual Rock Convention

RadioContraband’s first annual Rock Radio Convention will take place September 26th - 28th in Las Vegas at The Mandalay Bay. The convention will be the kick off to the 2012 Rock Vegas Festival featuring Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Buckcherry and more. The convention will feature artist showcases by Hoobastank, Serj Tankian, Danko Jones, Hyro Da Hero, and Candlelight Red, along with industry panels and the second annual Rock Radio Awards.

The RadioContraband Rock Radio Convention brings together rock radio, labels and artists from around the country in a celebration of ''All Things Rock''.

The second annual Rock Radio Awards will be hosted by Lou Brutus on September 28th. Winners were chosen by the record and radio community.

Rock Vegas powered by Rockstar Energy Drink is Sin City's Loudest Two-Day Rock Music Festival. The lineup for the two-day rock extravaganza includes Hellyeah, a solo performance by Corey Taylor, Fozzy (featuring WWE superstar Chris Jericho), and breaking band Mindset Evolution.
